The Hinan-jo (Evacuation Center) is a facility that provides first aid, rescue, and information after safety from the disaster has been confirmed. When to Use the Evacuation Center
- Your residence was damaged and you cannot live there anymore.
- Your residence is in danger of damage.
- Your residence is in danger of collapse by aftershocks.
- Your residential area is isolated by the disaster and you joined a group evacuation.
